Like no other time in history has technology so dramatically affected our daily lives and culture.  We are a media driven people. Images and brands, music and video, computers and information have saturated our experiences and demand our attention.  It is not the purpose of the Church to attempt to compete with a media-driven world, but it is the purpose of the Church to deliver a message to that world: the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Paul adapted to the culture around him to deliver the Gospel.  He was a Jew among the Jews, a Roman among the Romans, and a philosopher among the Greeks – using cultural elements to engage his audiences.  So, considering our present culture, “How can the Church more effectively deliver the Gospel today?”   Whatever the answer to that question is, it would undoubtedly address technology at one or more levels.  This means equipping the Church with technology and training people to use it proficiently.

As God’s children, we need to deliver the message wherever and whenever possible. One never knows what God may use to bring a person to salvation.  If you have an interest in serving on this team, whether it be in the sound booth, on lighting, or videotaping, we would love to talk to you.  Contact us at
